1. Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account.

You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password.

2. Fair Play & Integrity

OnePSR relies on the honesty of its community to calculate accurate skill ratings (Pickleball Standard Rating). By using this service, you agree to:

Only record legitimate match scores.
Not manipulate scores to artificially inflate or deflate a rating ("sandbagging" or "boosting").
Not create multiple accounts to manipulate the leaderboard.

We reserve the right to audit match history and ban any user suspected of score manipulation.

3. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality (including the OnePSR algorithm and interface design) are and will remain the exclusive property of OnePSR and its licensors.

4. Limitation of Liability

OnePSR is a digital tool for tracking matches. We are not responsible for any physical injuries, accidents, or damages that occur while playing Pickleball. Please play safely and be aware of your surroundings on the court.

5. Termination

We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
